I ordered off the internet Derma Juvenate for 4.99 shipping was all I had to pay, now I get a bottle once a month and charges are on my credit card the same card where I had to put down on there sight for the 4.99 shipping charge for the first try. I have refused service of this parcel every month since and my credit card is still being used. The product doesn't work and they are stealing from me, I have tried to call and they said there site is down call back in 10 minutes I do that and get the same response. This whole situation is a scam and I can't get it to stop sending this product and using my credit card. Very frustrating and I will never order again over the internet for anything that say's free only pay shipping, total SCAM
