I thought I was ordering a trial sample of Lorelia and Alore for the low price of $5.99 US each. Received them Oct 8 and tried them the following week and my skin was burned using them. I was upset at losing "$11.98" but received my credit card Oct 31 and they had billed me another $191.06 ($96.78 & $94.28)US on Oct 10. Called the company Nov 1 and was told I couldn't return it or get a refund, but I could cancel future shipments, which I did. Called Visa and they said I was out of luck for the Oct 10 billing but they would stop any future billings. In the meantime I am stuck with product that burned my skin and cost me $203.04. Talked to them again Nov 5, but received the same rhetoric - no refunds, etc. Scam aside, they have no policy about if their product damages the skin. Terrible product, terrible billing policy. Do not buy these products.
