I ordered a trial of Equinox and RTVL skin care cream for $4.95 each. Two weeks (Nov. 12) later I was billed for 89.00 and 99.00 respectively. Two weeks later (Nov.29) I was billed $99 and $105 and received another shipment. I was never sent an email confirmation of the shipments and there was no invoice included. When I called to complain, the representative said that I could return the latest shipment but would still have to pay $20 each box for "restocking fee" He said that I had signed up for a subscription and needed to cancel the orders within 14 days of the "trial period".I am still out several hundred dollars and am angry that I fell for such a scam.
