2nd October 2013, 1.99 (stirling) paid for a "free sample".
21st October 2013 84.71 (stirling) taken without consent from bank!
4th November 2013......further 89.66 (stirling) taken without consent from bank!!!!!
Contacted bank who advised contact VISA who seemed to know all about this company!!!!!
They advised that this company expected you to return goods un-opened if you did not want it.
Goods received in a plain bubble envelope with no letter/invoice.
Have had no contact from them by letter or E-mail.
Have phoned the number on the bottle lots of times (5 times today) but phone off the hook or permanently engaged.
Told by VISA unlikely to get refund of initial payment as like most people I appear not to have read the "small print".
Have today found out about 2 friends who have also been caught by this scam!!!!
