Ordered on Oct 11, billed Oct 15 for $4.95 per the "14 day trial" deal, received product on Oct 16. Credit card billed $84.97 on Oct 28. I called on Oct 29 to cancel...14 days from the 1st charge on my card and discovered that they had already billed me for the $84.97 the day before. Customer Service person at Online Health Offers LLC did not speak or understand English very well. I requested a call from a Supervisor. He called that evening and would not reverse the charges on my account because I agreed to the term and conditions when I ordered the product. The "14 day trial" starts the day you place the order NOT the day they bill or you receive the product to start trying it out. It's FALSE advertising and very SCAMMY!!

- Haydee, did you have any other issues besides them taking money and not refunding it? I never do these things but stupidly did this one today, I am going to my credit union tomorrow to try and take care of it.
