Like many others below I fell for the Facebook advert. I emailed the company to cancel my home delivery subscription when I'd seen the payment (£95.95) had gone from my bank account. I sent them a further email to say I'd not received the product. They sent me a tracking order for the post office. This was the 'trial' bottles of Equinox serum, NOT Skin24 Exfoliator as I have been charged for. Today I emailed the company after seeing these complaints and asked them to tell me when I'd be receiving my goods. I was sent a reply saying my complaint has been passed to the customer service (hah!) team and if I don't hear from them soon then I've got to call them. I replied saying that if I don't get a satisfactory response within 7 days I shall be lambasting the company and their scam all over Facebook. In fact, I shall be doing that anyway. I will keep you posted.
