Did a Google search for USPS change of address. Ended up mistakenly on 'Postal Change Agency' website. Also known as MovingConcierge.biz. Long story short, I paid 39.95 to have my address changed instead of 1.00. Didn't realize until I saw bank statement. They didn't even turn the change of address in to the USPS. Scam. (Inappropriate Content Removed)
