I was phoned by this company saying they could get me a loan for £5000. I was already trying to sort out with a company called City financial who are the subject of another complaint, when they said they had received my detaisl and could get me the loan within 5 days. They took a payment of £54.96 for which they have sent me a receipt which states they they sent me a loan application in the post which I neede to sign and return. This was on 23/10/2013. I have phoned the number 08447045998 on at least five occassions. The first three occasions I was tiold I would be transferred to an agent to sort out my request and was kept on hold for a total of ! hour 20 minutes. On the two subsequent occassions I phoned, I think a robot repeatedly stated that it will be sent in three to five days. Despite telling this person that it was now over 5 days they just kept repaeting 3-5 days and asking what i did not understand. After a few minutes they had some kind of machine that made it sound like I was dialling and then hung up. They would then not answer the phone for the next six attempts. Still nothing has arrived. When sending an e mail complaint a reply came back saying Thank you for your query somebody will be in contact within 5 working hours, which of course did not happen. This was sent on two separate days.
