I bought some face cream what was advertised at £2.99P postage and packing only when i looked at my bank statement on 1st november this company had take £284 out of my account i have contacted them and all they say is its terms and conditions i have told them i did not sign up for this and there were no terms and conditions iv told them i did not give them permission to take this money and i want it back its like hitting your head of a wall
