I received unordered product and was charged $84.98. When I attempted to ship back the product, USPS needed to charge me. On principle, I am not paying for postage and thus not returning the product until I receive postage from Force Factor. AMEX has already accepted my dispute, credited my account, and blocked Force Factor from doing business on my credit card for the next 4 years. Telephone customer service was unhelpful in remedying the problem, nor would they give me a company contact outside of the South Dakota call center. I am willing to return the product if Force Factor provides me with a mailer.
