Same thing happened to me with promise of free cream! I got their tel no. (Naturalskin) from my bank I had an animated conversation with a man with a foreign accent 'Mr. Randy Wolf' !' (I suspect not his real name) who said i should have read the small print ( I never seen it). Finally i was promised refund if I returned cream, since returned to Scotland. Then a letter came promising refund of £69. I checked my a/c today they have 'TAKEN' £95.00 under name 'Revoskin' even though I cancelled my card! I have emails which are no-reply addresses.... but I did get adresses in CA and NV!
