I thought I was ordering PhentErmine. When it arrived it was in a bottle spelled PhentArmine. This is very misleading. The website is full of pics of physicians and states that no prescription is needed. Nowhere on the site did I see that this was an alternative and in fact it boasts "genuine tablets." Though disappointed, I decided to try the product. I have taken, as directed, for a week now and I note no difference when I take them and when I do not. It does NOT assist in decreasing my appetite.
I have purchased the original Phentermine on line in the past and without a prescription. I contacted them in attempt to return and have heard nothing from them. I have reviewed past complaints on this page and the person making responses in the name of GI Labs, Inc seems very defensive, rude, and insulting.

They refunded me for the unopened bottle less shipping and a restocking fee. I reported them to the BBB. They then refunded the "restocking fee."

FYI - it is free to report things to the BBB and they addressed the issue free.
