I am very disappointed with Payoneer.com site , I uploaded USD697.00 by skrill.com on November 4, 2013 , I had a big commitment punctual, and as has been habit I hopped I'll get the money two days later to make the payment of the expenses I had to pay . To my surprise two days later I receive by email one message! That says, " As requested, Virtual Bank Account Service is now disabled " when I tried to contact them they told me they could not help me because my account was closed for reasons confidential . I called and asked if I would have lost my money definitely but they told me that I should wait seven days because money was returned to the initiator of the payment , so until now I'm still waiting on my card I had a balance of approximately of USD4.00 which means my balance is USD701.00. I trusted the site because I'm six months using this site without problems , now I'm wondering if I really get my money or not , I am now like a person without a word to the people with whom I had committed , I'm pretty upset. So I'll be back to tell you what is happening if they resolve this problem.
