I keep getting collection notices from DoubleDay for an account I never signed up for. They have my information but the email address they are using is one that I NEVER use (even though it does belong to me). They are threatening even more collection activity, and there is nothing I can do! I can't find any information on their website, and the email addresses and phone numbers I am finding seem to be out of date. Please help!
