I received a quote for my great condition iPhone 4 from HelloTotem in the amount of $130.00. They were very quick to ship me a box and FedEx slip and I sent them my phone which according to my tracking number was delivered on 10/30/13. Since then my account just says that status information is pending. The website claims to get back to you 2-4 business days after receiving your device, but it has now been almost 2 weeks. Their phone number does not work, they do not respond to "tickets" and recently they took their Twitter account down. I've read several complaints about the company being a complete scam which is a shame because I learned of the company from Mashable.com...clearly they did not do their research and have since put up a disclaimer about this horrible company. I want the money I was quoted or I want my phone back in the exact condition I sent it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
