I ordered my Lorelia free trial on October 18, 2013. I received my product on October 25, 2013. The free trial is for a period of 14 days and that starts from the day the product is ordered. I lost seven days in the shipping the product so my free trial period Was only seven days. I canceled my account on November 5, 2013 believing that I still had time in my 14 day free trial. On November 1, 2013 my credit card was charged $103.51. In a phone call to their customer service department they informed me that there are no refunds on the free trial. I indicated to them on the phone and in the email that their website at WWW.my Lorilea.com in the terms it indicates a 30 day moneyback guarantee. But because I ordered from www.mylorelia.com/trial there are no refunds. I indicated to them that since I was charged full price for the product then that makes it a regular purchase and I should be eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee. The product has made my skin break out in a red rash and red bumps all along my jawline and I cannot use the product any longer. Please help me resolve this issue with a company that does not know how to agree to its own terms.
