I completed the application and noted small print stated that I must phone within 14 days of receiving the sample to avoid being billed for the full cost and my account being debited (84.71)every month thereafter for further supplies. I have called the number given (0808 189 0973) time and again to no avail and thus my account was debited to the tune of £89.61 on 07/11/2013. Obviously I want to aviad further sums being taken from my account and want the original sum returned

- check the amount in their term and conditions its in EUROS not pounds so if they have taken the amount in £ not euros its card fraud and the bank will use the charge back scheme and give you your money back. get the bank to block all future payments to this company. i have done this with my bank so it should be the same with yours
