This company uses illegal and unethical real estate tactics on its tenants who are primarily Mexican immigrants and low income youth who are unaware of their tenant rights.

Rent of $1075 was paid for 10/2013. No receipt was given. They back dated a 3- day notice to Oct. saying we didn't pay our rent of $1075. On 11/04/13, we gave our 30-day notice to vacate. They issued a summons, before following the eviction process of giving us a 3-day notice for 11/2013 to pay rent or quit. We filed a answer, and will be out by the 15th of November.

This company has locations in various CA cities. They have been known to do shabby repairs and raise rents 30-70%. I am also reporting them to the better business bureau.
