I ordered a book: THE GREAT SAUSAGE MAKER COOKBOOK for $3.95. As I was checking out it kept asking me if I wanted another book for a dollar and then another and another (total of eight) and a pair of scissors. It was my expectation that when I order everything that my cost would be $33.58 - which is what I was charged on Oct 7th. On November the 11th I was charged an additional $53.65. When I called to challenge this they said that was what I owed. I asked for a statement and when I got that it showed that I had paid $87.23 and that I still owed an additional $101.25. The customer service agent I talked to said that she was going to take $20 off of the total bill; however, this is very much of a scam I believe. I have ordered thousands of dollars from online and this is the first time in 15 years that I have came across something like this. If I cannot get this resolved then something needs to be done to assist others so that they do not fall prey like I did. Thank you.
