Thought I was at the USPS site, filed my change of address and was charged $29.95 for a service that should cost $1.00.
I called the company & got the snottiest person who thought this was a joke. I asked for a refund and he said, "People want ice water in hell but they don't get it."
I want this company reported to FCC or whoever can prosecute them. I am following up with Visa & my credit union. I want my money back.
