I faced a similar loss of 248 USD. I ordered something that claimed to be free and I only had to pay for the shipping charges. But once I got my bank statement it said I have been charged 160 pounds for a company called rkfresh.com. When I actually tried calling the company people they said the product is their but the site from which the money has been charged is not their. The original raspberry ketone fresh company says its a scam. And there is no contact number given for the fake company. The bank says since I have received the product they cannot do anything in this matter. It would be very kind of anyone who could please provide a solution to get my money back. I in no case would pay 160 GBP for something that I am not sure of being effective. Thanks
