International boundaries
It was to be a free trial for their product. 30 day supply, and cancel after 14 days if not satisfied. Trial product did not come at all, let alone in the specified time frame promised. Cancelled after 11 days of initial purchase and then again sent confirmed cancellation on the 12th day. 3 days later they tried to charge the next month shipment. My card company denied the charges and are going to give me a credit for the initial $4.99 charge.
BTW - Initial product never did show up, and the company has not returned emails to date.
