I ordered a free sample requested only to pay postage which I did on 26/10/13. I then noticed a few days ago that £84.71 had been taken from my credit card account. I rang my credit card immediately who promised to stop further payments and investigate it. There is no address but telephone 08081890374.
I have looked on the net and the box to tick agreement to pay for the sample is ALREADY TICKED so there is no option to opt out.
The sample IS NOT FREE but is advertised as such.

- does it state 84.71 EUROS?? if they took £84.71 not EUROS its card fraud and the bank will look at the terms and conditions, see it says euros not pounds and refund. get the bank/card provider to block all further card payments to this company as this wont be your last!
