Hello,
In April 2012 I sought your advice and assistance
In applying for work permit in canada as a dental nurse
For which I hold uk qualification. I attended two assessments and was
Informed by your consultant, Kavita Sukla, that I met your criteria and
That I could successfully apply for suitable post. I was told that the fee for
Your service would be £1440, half to be paid then and the balance on successful
Outcome of my application. I was subsequently told that"the requirement has changed"
And that I would have to pay the full amount immediately after a month which I
Have paid as well.

there services have amounted to little more than drawing up a CV , some certificate which is no
Worth for me and providing me a list of websites. I personally searched for dental nurse vanancies
And applied for numerous posts. In each case I have been informed that to work as dental nurse in
Canada I need to be licensed and registers with Canadian dental nurse council. This information is
Central to my application prospects and it is something I would expect you to have found out before
Taking my case forward. By failing to advices me of these obstacle, global visa have provided inaccurate
And inadequate information and the service I have recived false while below what I could have reasonable
Expected of you.

And during the agreement also Consultant, Kavita Skula have also not informed our case will be close.

In these circumstances I ask them to refund infill the fees I have paid in accordance whith the terms set out
In your letter dated 26th April 2012. but they close my case without informing me and they didnot refund my money. please help me
