Facebook Vanilla Prepaid Card Scam

I purchased a reloadable card for my sister to use for christmas gifts and when she tryed to use the card there was no money on it. I vontacted The Vanilla reload number on the back of the card and they told me to send in all proof that the cards were mind I did and was told that within three days time I would hear a decision on if I'd get it back. I was then told that t they could not tell me where my money went just that it was linked to a known fraudulent account and to call the police . They stated that there was no reason for me to have purchased this card and that the fraudulent account was protected be the privacy act. I was soooo pissed. Nothing has been done
