I ordered 2 pillows as a gift to send to my boyfriend in Australia. Once I was done designing them and went to check out I noticed that the pillows were actually $35 dollars even though they were advertised to ship ANYWHERE for free for $30. I should have considered this a red flag, but regretfully, I continued my purchase and paid $70 for 2 pillows. The pillows were made under the same order, yet he only received one. There was a note in broken english saying the other was on its way and would arrive shortly. This makes me wonder where these are even made and if they aren't just outsourcing these things from sweatshops. Anyways it has been weeks and still no sign of the second pillow. They went together, and frankly the surprise was ruined when only one came. It is now 10 days passed the shipping window I was given.
When I emailed them they told me that they have no way of tracking the package outside the U.S and can only assume it was held up in customs. They also said I was charged extra shipping because it was going to Australia. I'm sorry, what does worldwide mean again? Does that not include an entire continent? They have offered me no help and basically just told me to wait longer. Total scam.
