I had IOLA SYSTEM MECHANICS for 3+ years. I called Tech support and was transferred to GURUAID, They went in remotely to my computer with my permission,and were in it for approximately 3 hrs. The next morning it was running ( my computer) but no better. Then I get a bank statement and notice they charged $169.95 for the service. I did not authorize . I reversed the charge but GURUAID denies the charge. I have a BANK STATEMENT!!!
