My renewal of this software would not post. I called in and the person I spoke with said something might be wrong with my computer so he took a look. Then he pointed out a few things but nothing major and talked me into a tune up. I bought the deal and then the technician was on my computer for a long time. They did not tell me what they found or did. Then, I had to ask if he got the renewal to work which is the original issue and he did not. He was not informed of it so guess what. All he had to do was plug in a license! So now, my computer boots up anywhere from 3-5 minutes which was not an issue prior. I lodged a complaint. They called. I returned their call and the customer service rep. told me they can't help or refund my money because my five day window expired. I said what five day window. I was never told I had one. I will never use this business again! The customer rep continued to argue with me from his list of what things he could say and do and make this my issue. (Inappropriate Content Removed)! This includes myself in not getting how they operate.
