I was charged late night of 11/18/2013 while I was sleeping. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my blood pressure medication and my card was denied. This particuluar account is used just for medical reasons. I called my bank and somehow ufibills got my account information. I contacted the number listed for ufibills and after numerous attemps, I finnally was able to reach someone at ufibills. They had no explantaion, after I threatened them of fraud, the scam represenative said she only could refund me $83.94 but not the $14.90 that was simoustanely taken out at the same time and it would take 7-10 business days to refund the $.
