I returned the face cream back on 9/18/13 and have made several calls since 10/2/13 to try to get my refund issued. They customer service rep tells me that my refund is stuck in the system and it will be processed within 24/48hrs everytime I call. Their managers do not take calls and you cannot speak to anyone else- they just tell you they will take care of it and wait. They are quick to take your money but you cant get your refund timely. Very bad company. Not clear that you are signing up to a $200 monthly charge. I thought I was gettting a trial size and did not expect $400 charge on my card. I'm taking the hit on the first $200 but the return needs to be refunded.
