LOAN COMPANY/LENDER - ACS INC.going to be legally prosecuting ME...in the Courthouse within couple of days, my SSN is put on hold by US Government. It goes on to say, it seems apparent that I have chosen to ignore all their efforts to contact me and once found guilty into the courthouse then I have to bear the entire cost for this lawsuit $4769.87.
I have never got a PAYDAY loan, and I have never heard of this company. I called the number...The guy who answered...said "I will look into it"..I said that I want a corrected email. He said "yeah right" and hung up one me.
