I agreed to purchase a free trial of Alore for the cost of shipping. I have now been charged not only for my first shipment but a second shipment I had no idea would be coming. I have called the company to attempt to return the product but was told that there is a no money back guarantee. Their line is that I agreed to the terms and conditions and pricing in submitting my request online. I believe this was not clearly spelled out and was in fact intended to deceive. I would be able to live with the opened product and pay for it if I could return the unopened product but the company refuses. I would like my money back but seem to have no recourse. This is a scam.

Today I was refunded my money. Thank you Scambook for making this happen. I am a huge fan and can't thank you enough!
