I bought their account management software on 11/12/2013. I found that their software was not easy to install nor configure. Although their site has a "Live Chat", that function is NEVER working and they hardly ever answer their emails. I requested a refund, and of course I never heard from them again. I am seeking the $59.00 I paid to them for the software.
