I ordered trial product, then cancelled within the required 14 days via email, i then had the amount taken from my account for 2 months, i replied to the initial email asking again for it to be cancelled but this did not happen, i now cannot get in contact with the company. Most recent date shown. Have lost 4 months, each time slightly different total, around £74 a month
