He emailed me in regards to his add selling bull terrier puppies. He gave me this sad story about how his wife and son had passed away in a car accident, so he was giving them away for free (just shipping costs applied). It was $190 to ship them to my doorstep. He gave me a fake shipping number to follow the planes, but I got an email from the "shipping company" to send more money because the dog carrier Jaime sent was too small. They charged me $140 for another crate and vaccine charges. Then the puppy never came, and I was told she got held up by the Boston Customs agency. They needed $750 to ship her to me. I refused and asked for a refund (knowing it was a scam already), and Jaime tried giving me a guilt trip, saying the puppy would stay there if I didn't pay and they would file abandonment charges against me. I told him I knew it was a scam by now, and he never replied back. If you think it is too good to be true, it probably is!
