Two tickets and paid for them in 26/10/2013 up to now I am not received the tickets
As per them waiting for confirmation from the provider of tickets in my case Qatar air ways
Really I am not sure if will be there tickets or no my flight in December ,10

as I said before I am nor received tickets from them and today is 15/12/2013

That's a long time to wait for a confirmation with email.
I would cancel and buy elsewhere. Call your bank's fraud dept if they don't refund your money pronto. Usually the bank will help within 90 days of purchase. Just a suggestion. -
