The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
Person had come saying that he is from MSEB & sold instrument by saying that it will save 40% electricity.
He also told that this is survey & initiative taken from MSEB to save the electricity.
But after going through various source & from this site I found that this is scam. Person number is switch off now.
