My mom began the free trial without knowing they would be taking out money without her permission. We've tried calling and calling and have had no-one answer and I've recently sent an email and they have not respomded, we were able to stop a couple future payments thru the bank but this is something that cannot keep going on. Fingers crossed they'll email back if not, things are gonna get really (Inappropriate Content Removed) for them.
