I went to check my e-mail on August 28, and was unable to access it. A pop up appeared with a telephone number to call and said that my computer was infected and my personal information was being taken. So, I decided to call and was told that they could stop this from happening for $269.95, which included a one year guarantee. They seemed to fix the problem, but a few weeks later when more problems occured, I was unable to reach anyone.I could not get help from their e-mail address or by their telephone numbers. It seems to be a scam and I would like my money back. I am going to my bank to try and reverse the fraudulent website.
