International boundaries
I have tried calling numerous customer service helplines within the past 18 days and have received no answer to most of them on trying to receive my money back. Today someone answer to a number but stated as they were based in America they could not help me and gave me a UK number in which nobody is answering surprise surprise. (08004046960)
Other numbers tried include 08009098096, 08006531084, 02030144021, 08000149645, and 1-8888001183.
I was told I would be charged £4.95 for postage on a 90 day free trial, however £157.93 has now came out of my account!
Firsty £153.95 came out on the 11th and then to following payments of £1.99.
I would like advice on how to go about getting my well earned cash back that this fraud company have taken from me and sop them doing it in the future to other innocent people.
