I found this company by it coming up as I was looking at something else. I was told that it would cost me 2.99 or maybe 1.99 for shipping and it would be a free sample of anti wrinkle cream. RVTL as it was called and equinox day and night serum. I was very dubious to start with as they wanted my bank details for shipping. Then I found that they had taken £4.95 also. Again i was starting to think this wasn't right.I had a strange feeling. I knew I had to send it back before 14 days if I didn't want it. So I sent the equinox back at a cost to me of nearly £3.00 with the address they sent me. The other product they sent me did not have any address to send it back to, so time had elasped after 14 days to return it. Then I checked my bank account only to find they had taken £95.00 and £89.00 out of my account. I then sent them emails. two of which were not answered. I had no address or phone number to phone them with. Then I emailed them again and this time I got a reply back to say that they were refunding £75.00 back. So again I had lost a further £20.00. I eventually got a phone number back from customer services. I told them what had happened and that I had no address or no phone number to contact them with and that times was fleeting by, they also told me that they would stop the shipment but could not refund me any more money back to me. They would not give me an address to send the item back, so I could still not send the sample back to them. They didn't even have a answer to my question of why I was only paid £75 back instead of £95 00. I'm absolutley livid the company. As they cannot give me an answer to why I can't have a refund once they stop the shipment. So I am well out of pocket. I have a jar a RVTL anti wrinkle cream, no English address to send it back to, and a stop being put on the next shipment, I have nothing. I am 56 yrs of age and dont understand things if it turns out like this I am not computer minded and feel that I have been scammed. Customer services said he was a manager as I wanted to speak to one, but he was no help what so ever. All he kept saying was that he would stop the shipment and cancel my detail.s. He was addament that he would not give me a refunf back. Surely if He's cancelled the shipment then I should have a refund. Thank you. (Personal Information Removed)
