I ordered a tee-shirt from the NPODZ website on 11/07/13. Received email confirmation with an invoice number and a debit to my credit card for the price of the shirt/shipping, totaling $19.94. Later an email notification that the order had been shipped. I sent two emails, several phone calls, still no shirt.
