Please be advised that in 11/01/2013 I've purchased a product online at www.alibasport.com – Order 131101003 and paid by credit card.
The order was not delivered yet and the vendor has not placed contact giving me any shipment status of the order.
Please I would like to know the procedures to have the order cancelled and the total amount returned to my credit card, considering that it has been 12 days and I have not received the product purchased.
