I found a website under Dr dre beats looked very official. i made a purchase of two pairs for my daughters for Christmas bill should have been 240. I have been charged 292.67 from a company called pwk*kitty.
I researched this website and contacted the helpline for Dr Dre beats who informed me this site is selling counterfeit items.
after a lot of emails back and forth to someone in their shipping department They refuse to refund the money and keep insisting on sending me two sets of headphones but not the ones I originally ordered.
All details have now been reported to the bank card cancelled I'll let you know how it goes from here.

I ordered a pair of Beats By Dre Solo headphones on 11/29/13 from website www.2013beatsbydrdreblackfridaysale.com. The website has actually changed since then (!) to www.2013cybermonsaydeal.com. The total was $128.00, and I attempted to contact the customer service dept to cancel the order the very next day. By 12/02/13, I saw that $133.21 was taken from my bank account. The transaction on my bank statement read: 12/2/2013 Withdrawal @ PWK*KITTY ONLINE STORE PWK*KITTY ONLINE S BEIJING CN Trace # ($133.21)
After the funds were deducted from my account, I received this reply from the company:

So naturally I began to research this matter further. (Should have done this BEFORE THE PURCHASE, I know.) The email response I received was almost verbatim to an email another consumer received after trying to dispute a fake Clarisonic product back in May! I am sick over this. Going to contact the bank tomorrow. If this helps anyone, I found information on the domain currently used by this company. Apparently www.2013beatscybermondaydeal.com was registered on 11/27/13, with an IP Address of: 198.20.84.74 which has been connected to these sites: 2013beatscybermondaydeal.com
