I registered for bidding on Hotcloseouts2103 Penny auction and they emailed me an order detail charging my visa card $99, which I was not aware of. They say they have 24/7 contact help and I was only able to submit an email complaint. There was suppose to be a video for 25 free bids and the video doesn't exist. This is some kind of scam and Amazon.com links you to it, when you check their Black Friday deals.
