I signed up for what I believed was a free sample for face cream and was told that all I had to pay was post and package, however my card was then charged £89. I was completely unaware that this would happen, there was no contact and correspondance to indicate this and when the cream arrived there was no still no indication or contact details. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat people.
