I signed up for a service I thought would allow competitive bidding looking for items on the internet and entered my credit card number because I though I was registering with the site and a minute later my credit card had been charged for $99.00 that I did not authorize. I sent customer service an e-mail to cancel this service and it's been hours and no one has responded
