THEN I WENT TO ATM TO TAKE MONEY OUT NOT 20 MIN LATER THEY HAD TAKING OUT $99.00 DOLLARS WITH OUT MY PERMISSION. I'M A VET WHO LIVES CHECK TO CHECK EVERY MONTH NOW I'M DOWN $99.00 DOLLARS PLEASE HELP THANK YOU:
