This is a phishing, phone and computer, scam company, that preys on elderly and non-computer savvy individuals to pay for services that are not required, and for illegal software licences they don't have or that don't exist (ie microsoft licence). They get gain access to your computer through email and request that you run files that claim to show you have been hacked. They then claim to be able to fix this issue after paying for a service fee (199/299/399/ or the deluxe life edition (449). They also use false addresses when asked for company details and claim to be based out of California.
