Paid what I thought was a one off payment for a speed dating evening. Incidental the night was absolute pants.
Some weeks later I realised they were taking a monthly fee from my account.
To be fair, when I called up the company, they said they have now stopped payment. When insisted on a full refund otherwise I would get the bank involved they said they would.
